Most people don’t see the internal war I fight every day. They see a man walking, talking, functioning — but they don’t see the racing thoughts at night, the unpredictable shifts in mood, the days when simply brushing my teeth feels like a marathon. In this blog, I open up about the silent pain of bipolar disorder — not the textbook version, but the real-life chaos of trying to survive in a mind that won’t always cooperate. I talk about the mania that made me feel invincible and the depression that made me feel invisible. This is a look inside the mind of someone who is both exhausted and determined — someone who’s still fighting for peace, one day at a time.
